I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service from Walmart Automotive. This is now the third valve stem replacement we've had to deal with on tires that were purchased and mounted by Walmart within the last few months. We just had one replaced less than 2 weeks ago. Three out of the four tires have had faulty valve stems that continuously leak air. We had to pay for the first replacement ourselves, and the second was covered because the recurring issue and the safety concerns were so obvious. My husband commutes over an hour each way for work, and we regularly travel on the highway in this vehicle. Because of these repeated leaks, he's had to purchase and carry an air compressor just to keep the tires inflated enough to drive safely. That should never be necessary on relatively new tires installed by a professional service center. At some point, replacing the same part over and over is no longer an acceptable solution. When 3 out of 4 valve stems have failed, it's clear there's a larger quality or installation issue that needs to be addressed. So they double booked me and some other guy and canceled my appt. But didn't notify me until the day after my appt. But the manager checked and my tires were actually in on time so there was no need to have canceled my appointment and he and the guys squeezed both of us in the 1st appointment of the day and got my tires in so I greatly appreciate the hard work considering I lost 10 hours of OT to be there.

Great customer service!! The associates we dealt with were very friendly and professional. We brought our Infiniti in for head light restoration. The cost was on $25 for both lights!!! We also purchased a new set of wiper blades for $20 with free installation.

I don't recommend using them . I ordered my tires online and made the appointment to have them installed. I received the text to come have them installed , drove 45 minutes to the store only to find out that they closed 2 hours before my scheduled appointment. I had already paid for the tires online so I had them load my tires on my truck and now have to find someone else to install them !!! I will never use Walmart for tires again. I would have had them delivered to my house if I had known this is how they do business!

Bought 4 BF Goodwrech tires at a great price. They put the tires on for me. The staff were very nice and putting my new tires on only took about 40 mins. However they do not offer tire alignment so I'll have to go somewhere else for that. Also, one tire could not be put on because my "wheel studs were too worn", which is another service they couldn't provide. Little disappointed in having to go somewhere else for that as well. I later went somewhere else to see about my wheel studs being replaced. I was told that there was nothing won't with the studs what was stripped out was the lug nut itself. Once my new tire was put on I then realized that I was given a tire that has a bubble in the side of the tire. Meaning if the tire isn't replaced it will eventually blow out. On a previous trip to the service center I had the oil changed. Afterwards I noticed my Jeep was suddenly losing a lot of oil. I had it checked and found that the oil plug had not been tighten. Therefore causing me to lose a lot of oil which could have caused my motor to blow up. I will never go back to the Walmart in Brewton,Al for any vehicle service work and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else use their service e
